Our long-standing partnership with EDEKA, which includes joint procurement, guarantees premium products at the best possible prices. In the case of fruit, vegetables, dairy products and fresh meat in particular, we also have a strong commitment to regional sourcing that reduces food miles and supports local producers.
Our customers' needs are our speciality
More than 90 percent of all products can be ordered in bulk containers as well as in smaller quantities. This makes it possible to implement ward-based structures in hospitals, while in the restaurant trade the availability of smaller containers and split quantities saves valuable storage space.
Strong on logistics
Over 10,000 items across 15,000 sq m: from our central hub in Werne, we supply customers in North Rhine-Westphalia as well as neighbouring areas of Rhineland-Palatinate, Hesse and Lower Saxony. Orders for over 100 tonnes of food are received here every day.
Our innovative software ensures that we always have total insight into current stock levels. Delivery is by truck, van or courier. If our professional customers need something fast, that includes same-day service.
