From E centers to local EDEKA stores, we specialise in developing and realising commercial properties, with a focus on creating attractive spaces for food retail. We also develop directly adjacent retail space for other occupiers to help boost the overall appeal of the location.

From the first idea to the finished construction

Our real estate business unit comprises a highly professional and experienced team of specialists who cover every step in the value chain, from identifying a site to project planning and turnkey construction of the property. The resulting food retail space is then used by one of our independent operators or by us.

Stores of the future

Working with experienced architects and the local authorities, we develop visions for the grocery store of the future and make those plans a reality.
